Family Loved Golden Retrievers is located in Yuba City, CA. We breed from healthy, well-tempered parents, starting ENS and ESI at 3 days old to build confidence and adaptability. Puppies are safely socialized in our home and temperament tested by trainers to match them with the perfect family, therapy, or service role.
As a small, home based breeder, we raise 3-4 litters per year in our living room. Puppies are de-wormed every 2 weeks routinely. Vaccines are on the routine puppy schedule between 7-8 weeks for the first and every 21-28 days after to age 16 weeks. Microchip is included, you pay a lifetime registration of $17.50 to put into your name. Nails are trimmed weekly at least. Puppy is vet checked between 6-8 weeks of age.
ENS/ESI is done from days 3–16 with daily handling of paws, ears, tail, lips, and eyes. Puppies explore the house with everyday noises, ride in cars, stroller outings, and more to prepare for life. Around 7 weeks, a certified trainer performs temperament testing to help match each puppy to the best home or for service or therapy work.
All of our puppies are AKC-registered and come from health-tested parents with both American and European genetics.

We’re planning a litter of cream (light-colored) AKC Golden Retrievers from Gracie & Wrigley. Both parents are fully health tested (OFA hips, elbows, heart, and DNA, records can be supplied upon request after you apply and are approved). These puppies will have soft, fluffy cream to light coats and inherit the best of their parents’ temperaments—intelligent, eager to learn, affectionate, calm, and playful.

Puppy selection is always done based on puppy temperament and what home is ideal for that puppy and and family. You’re welcome to wait for a future litter if you’d like a puppy from a specific pairing.
